FEES:
$150/month
This is a subscription that will automatically charge your credit card monthly based on the original purchase date. Services begin on the date of your initial payment. (Example: If you signed up on August 8th you will be charged on the 8th of every subsequent month.)
By providing your credit card information to Valor Recovery for recurring billing, you authorize the merchant to charge your card monthly. These charges will continue until you cancel your subscription.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds will not be issued for unused periods.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel at any time. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period. Valor Recovery may terminate this subscription at any time for any violations of terms.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Your data and information will not be shared with any 3rd parties.
GUIDELINES & RULES:
Valor Recovery adheres to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Code of Ethics. Everything you share will be held in the strictest of confidence. The exception being if information you disclose indicates that you are a threat to yourself or others. We may be obligated to contact a family member, social services, or law enforcement.
Our coaching is not psychotherapy. We are not physicians and are not trained in diagnosing psychological or medical conditions. If any issues come up for you that should be handled by a licensed therapist or physician, you agree to contact the appropriate professional. We encourage communication and collaboration with your mental health professionals.
You understand that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. You acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement your choices is exclusively your responsibility.
Attending group meetings is critical to maintaining momentum. We encourage you to attend as many groups as possible.
You agree to take responsibility for getting what you want from the coaching process. You agree to be open to receiving feedback and experimenting with new actions, behaviors, and strategies to create the results you want.
ZOOM ETIQUETTE:
Our goal is to create the best experience for you. Below are some guidelines we ask you to follow:
We strongly encourage you to use Zoom on a tablet or computer, use a smart phone only if necessary.
Ensure Wi-Fi capabilities are strong enough before the session and that you can stream audio and video.
Use headphones for the best sound quality and to maintain privacy if someone is home or nearby.
Keep your camera on, ensure adequate light, and look into the camera when talking.
Be in a private room, not in a public space, and not driving or moving around.
Select “gallery view” so you can see all other session members.
Mute yourself when not speaking and turn off sound to phone, email, and notifications.
Please do not eat, smoke, or vape during a group or individual session.
Please remember that all information shared during any session is strictly confidential.
At all times, be respectful to others in the group and be thoughtful to the words and language you use.
We reserve the right to remove any participants from our program at any time.
