ASCEND PROGRAM

A new kind of recovery program for a new kind of crisis.

Countless young men today have been adversely affected by growing up with free pornography. It has affected their ability to regulate their emotions, experience joy, date, and be in healthy relationships. It has fueled isolation, anxiety, and depression. So many of these men are just stuck as a result of pornography abuse.

The challenges that this younger generation of men today face are severe and well-documented:

Struggles to develop intimate friendships, less healthy role models and community, earning less than their female counterparts, and confusion around what it actually means to be a man. Over the years there has been a focus on the advancement of women, which is beautiful, important and critical. However, many young men feel a sense of being left behind.

The Valor Ascend program is specifically designed to address the unique challenges that these men face in society today. The initial goal of this program is to help them break free from their dependence on pornography and the long term goal is for them to learn how to experience healthy masculinity. It is a journey toward being a strong, healthy man.

We help men overcome shame.

What Makes Valor Ascend So Special

  • It’s a community of young men who empower, love and support each other. A place where powerful friendships are cultivated and built.

  • Men get stabilized, breaking free from the bondage of pornography as we help them detox off porn and get to the root causes that are driving these behaviors.

  • New life skills are taught for dealing with loneliness, boredom, isolation, structuring time, identifying passions and purpose, and rediscovering the joy of living

  • Men learn how to humanize women vs. sexualizing them and begin to understand what healthy intimacy and sexuality can look like.

  • Men are held accountable each and every day to practicing new behaviors with the belief that you can act your way into a new way of thinking and feeling.

  • Access to healthy masculine role models who are in long-term sexual recovery to guide and mentor them on this journey.

Del, age…

These men today are facing a quiet crisis — one fueled by isolation, emotional repression, and an overreliance on pornography to cope with pain. At Valor, we don’t shame men for where they are. We help them find a way forward.

Valor is a virtual recovery program built specifically for young men who feel stuck — emotionally shut down, disconnected from purpose, and frustrated by their own destructive behavior. Through our app-based platform and evening group sessions, we offer a practical, no-fluff path toward emotional maturity, self-respect, and genuine connection.

There’s no judgment here.
Just a clear, structured approach to help you:

  • Change your relationship to porn by addressing what’s underneath it — not just the habit, but the pain driving it.

  • Talk openly about what’s hard to say — in a space where you’ll be understood, not ridiculed.

  • Build tolerance for discomfort instead of numbing it with screens or substances.

  • Rediscover joy — not the fleeting high of escape, but real joy rooted in growth, meaning, and connection.

What to Expect

This isn’t about blaming men —
it’s about helping them grow.
